Welcome to StoneBridge Fulfillment. By accessing our website or utilizing our third-party logistics (3PL) services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By using this site or our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use.
StoneBridge Fulfillment provides e-commerce order fulfillment, warehousing, and Amazon FBA/FBM preparation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product info, labeling details, and ensuring inventory complies with local, state, and federal laws. Hazardous materials or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
All rates and fees for fulfillment, storage, and handling are specified in the customer agreement or active pricing schedule. Payments must be processed according to the agreed schedule prior to order shipment or release.
In no event shall StoneBridge Fulfillment be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from shipment delays, inventory shrinkage, or service interruptions, beyond the limits defined in individual customer agreements.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
